Where do you feel I should improve my service to you or any other customers?To be honest I think that your service was very good and efficient. You were always with the right information on time. And you were very attentive too.
Do you have any comments on your website:
Well, I think that my website looks very very good. It has a good structure (we can still improve it a little bit, but that's because I did not supply you with many texts and pictures..when the business goes well in the future and we'll be able to offer more services to my tourists then we can put more texts on the website....But for now I think that the website is very well structured for the goal it should reach (Attract customers and give them the basic info about my services, to reserve the tour, to have a look at satisfied clients so far...)
Do you have any comments about the service?
Your service was very good. You were very helpful and open to my different ideas and proposals. Everything was always on time.
Overall feeling:
